A day in the life of a foreman in brief:

·         Contribute to the advancement of projects;

·         Implement according to plans and specifications;

·         Ensure daily follow-up of workers and subcontractors on site;

·         Support the site superintendent in his procedures when he is absent;

·         Assist in the preparation of progressive accounts;

·         Ensure the quality of work performed and respect for the schedule;

·         Maintain good relations with site supervisors while defending the company's positions;

·         Contribute through his attitude to creating a favorable work climate with site teams;

What you need:

·         Be in good physical shape

·         Be highly motivated

·         Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position

·         Hold a valid CCQ competency card

·         Have experience in the execution of earthwork projects.
